Fifteen years spanning startups, corporate roles, and consulting. He co-founded ubitricity, led strategy for Elli-Volkswagen, and carries deep connections across the industry and policy circles.

Flex Strategist (Freelance)
lives in the numbers. Hannes has an instinct for breaking down business models, builds intricate Excel models, and finds the right quantitative levers for real growth. Ten years in transaction and strategy consulting across the cleantech sector, plus five years leading charge infrastructure initiatives.
